Refund Policy
  • If the food is delivered over 40 minutes late from the delivery time, a partial refund will be allowed.

  • If it’s a particular dish or dishes that were not delivered, then only that amount will be refunded.

  • For payments settled in cash, the refund will be by cash.

  • For payments settled via a credit card, there is no refund or partial refund. The customer will be offered a cash or partial cash refund.

  • Any other refund situation will be decided by the delivery supervisor.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • There is no cancellation of a food order once the food ordered has been cooked.

  • For cash payment, the full payment is to be collected upon delivery. Customers are deemed to understood the terms & condition upon placing the order.
